Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient numbers to operate the tour. We will offer an alternative tour, and should you find that not sufficient we will provide a full refund. Customers that cancel within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the cost of the tour booked. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

All tours have a central meeting point depending on the tour. Custom or private tours will have a single pick-up location that has been determined prior to the tour date.

Gratuities for tours, tastings, and food service are included in the price of the tour. So you can just sit back and enjoy the day knowing that your appreciation has been passed on to the amazing staff at each stop! 

Gratuities for your all-in-one driver/guide/host are NOT included. Should you wish to show your appreciation for the great service received throughout the day, gratuities are at your discretion.

It depends on the tour and the traffic. Public tours range from 7 to 8 hours. Private and custom tours can be tailored to a specified duration.

No, drinking is not allowed on the bus as per provincial alcohol laws. There will be lots of opportunity to taste and sample throughout the tour, as well as space on the van to store purchases that you can enjoy at home!

Any guests who are visibly intoxicated before starting a tour will not be permitted on the van. During a tour, if a tour stop, or your guide determines a guest needs to be cut off, the decision will stand for the remainder of the tour. These policies protect the experience of other guests on tour as well as our relationships with these tour stops.

All Public Tours require that guests are 19+ years of age. Our guides are trained and can check I.D. to ensure everyone on tour is of legal drinking age in Ontario, in addition, tour stops can and will also check I.D. at each stop.

Private Tours may include guests that are a minimum of 10 years old. Private tour costs will vary depending on what your awesome day entails

We sure do! Whether it’s a corporate outing, special occasion, or you just want a fun day out with your besties, give us a call and we’ll work with you to create the perfect day out for your group. Costs will vary depending on what your awesome day entails. 

We can accommodate up to 14 guests in our custom premium van. Our tours are small and intimate so that you can fully enjoy each experience. If booking a group of 8-14, please call or email first to confirm availability. Currently, a minimum of 6 people is required to run a public tour.

You bet you can! We offer online gift cards that can be used for any tour and can be purchased in any amount. The recipient of the gift card can use the code provided towards their booking. When you purchase the gift card online, you can enter your personal contact information and forward the gift card at your own discretion or provide the recipient’s information so it can be e-mailed directly to them.

The more notice the better! Most of our fabulous tour partners are small businesses, it’s what makes our tours so special, however that means we do require advance notice in order to accommodate specific requests and properly book a tour. Two weeks notice or more is ideal. We’ll always do our best to accommodate any requests made closer to the booking date.

It depends on the tour stop and the tour! In any case, you can expect to enjoy some delicious culinary creations at one or two stops, along with snacks and non-alcoholic beverages on the van. For those with dietary restrictions and allergies, let us know in advance. We’ll make every effort to accommodate, however please note that due to the nature of the tour stops and their offerings, we may not be able meet all dietary requests.
